Pacific Square is a vast multi strata mixed used site. The mix of strata includes residential, commercial and a retail shopping centre stratum. Excel has provided management and cleaning services to Pacific Square since inception in 2005. We employ three full time Building Managers, providing 7 days per week service, as well as an overnight Site Supervisor.
