In 2001 John Cotorceanu, Chartered Architect, founded Excel Building Management with the vision of introducing a world class facility management company to Australia’s Strata industry. Today, almost two decades later, Excel manages well in excess of $5 billion worth of property assets for the top end of Australia’s strata property sector.

We provide seamless and value-based services to the strata industry measured by the retention and longevity of contracts, staff commitment and client endorsements. We are transparent in all our dealings, receptive, responsive and driven by the quest for excellence.
