Our Involvement With Developers Includes:
Assessing spatial, functional and operational requirements for the on-going provision of soft services such as Building Manager, Concierge, Cleaning, Security, Valet Parking, Loading Dock Managers
Reviewing waste management and loading dock management plans.
Compiling detailed and accurate budgets in conjunction with the Strata Manager.
Compiling Owners Manuals and Move-In procedures.
Providing input and feedback with Strata By Laws and Strata Management Statements .
Organising pre settlement inspections and issuing settlement Packs to Purchasers.
Site inductions with the Builders.
Assembly and receipt of Builders Handover prior to occupation.
Defect Management utilising various purpose-built software such as Acconex or SnagR.
Tendering on services not covered under warranty.
Managing warranty agreements.
Providing and implementing maintenance programs for plant and equipment .
