Belvedere

Belvedere consists of 2 towers with a multi-level subterranean car park servicing all residents as well as spaces for Go-Get parking. The Residential towers contain 195 apartments with a rooftop pool, gym and BBQ area. The Commercial/Retail strata plan is spread over 2 levels and contains a medical centre, real estate agent and café. Excel has been providing Building Management services since inception in 2013. We manage all shared facilities and systems.
