Cove Apartments

Excel has provided the full suite of Building Management, concierge and cleaning services since inception (2003) for this Harry Seidler designed development. Two buildings are situated on the one strata plan including a heritage commercial/retail building and the high-rise 45-storey residential building with a 10-level subterranean car park. The tower has 212 apartments and world class facilities such as podium meeting spaces, swimming pool, sauna, spa, steam room and a rooftop BBQ area.
