Excel Building Management has been appointed to provide Facilities Management Services to the prestigious Skye by Crown development.

The award-winning development located in Sydney’s north features 242 apartments, an expansive foyer, ground-floor retail outlets, a top-floor gym and an infinity-edged rooftop pool inspired by the world’s best five-star hotel swimming pools, providing stunning views over North Sydney.

A new look for Australia’s top Building Management Company

Excel Building Management, a name synonymous with high-end building facilities management, has today unveiled a new company logo as part of an ongoing evolution of the company’s brand.

Severe restrictions for Greater Sydney will be in place from 10 December

Water restrictions limit how and when we use drinking water outdoors and help reduce demand when we’re not getting enough rain. With the drought getting worse, severe water restrictions will be in place from 10 December.

Level 2 water restrictions apply to everyone in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra. This includes both residents and businesses.
