Excel Building Management, a name synonymous with high-end building facilities management, has today unveiled a new company logo as part of an ongoing evolution of the company’s brand.
“Our business has grown over the years, and whilst our current logo has served us well in the past, we felt it was time to refresh our look and introduce a logo that is distinctive and identifies with the market that we serve,” said John Cotorceanu, Managing Director. “Our brand ethos has been built on our commitment to provide exceptional service, responsibly and respectfully, backed by our extensive industry knowledge and experience – that’s what’s kept us as market leaders for almost two decades. We pride ourselves on our commitment and ability to select, train and employ all staff directly, giving our clients absolute confidence in our service delivery.”
The new logo reflects the company’s infectious culture that drives all we do, and the logo incorporates a new building graphic which symbolizes the prime environment of the Excel brand.
Water restrictions limit how and when we use drinking water outdoors and help reduce demand when we’re not getting enough rain. With the drought getting worse, severe water restrictions will be in place from 10 December.
Level 2 water restrictions apply to everyone in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra. This includes both residents and businesses.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful clients for 2019 and to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
And to our amazing team at all our sites and at head office, we’d like to extend our warm wishes to you this Christmas. Thanks for your hard work and have a fabulous Christmas.
A big thank you to those of you who joined us for our final get together of the year at the 2019 Excel Building Management Christmas Party held at the Australian Museum.
This year the party took place around good food and lots of laughs as the karaoke competition kicked off. Alex and Timur tied in first place in the hotly-contested karaoke competition. Nilton took out the Best Dancer prize whilst Ryad won the coveted Best Man in Show prize.
We enjoyed the opportunity to let our hair down, get to see our colleagues in a more relaxed light and meet their other halves too. We look forward to next year’s party!
