Building Compliance & Certification

Excel Building Management can assist with managing a building’s compliance obligations by providing a centralized platform for organizing and tracking important information and documentation related to the building’s compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This includes maintaining records of building inspections, maintenance schedules, and updates to building systems, as well as tracking deadlines for mandatory certifications and renewals.
